SHIPPING POLICY
Is there free Shipping in South Africa?
Yes, Free Shipping in South Africa for orders over R699.
Orders costing less than R699 will be charged a R69 courier fee.
ORDERS
How long does it take to receive the order from purchase date?
Once payment has been received and we have the item in stock, it should take 3-6 working days for you to receive your order via courier.
You will be notified via email once dispatched.
If the item is out of stock, delivery can then take up to 14 days.
You will be notified via email once dispatched.
EXCHANGES
I want to exchange my purchase for a different size! What do I do?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item from Cookie Cutter, you must first email or DM us your new size or swimwear choice to check availability.
The item must be unworn, in the state you purchased them in, and in the original packaging. Courier your item(s) at your expense, back to:

12 ILCHESTER AVENUE,
SOMERSET PARK, UMHLANGA, 4319.
Once received and checked we will then courier the exchanged item(s) to you.
NB. Please note that all items discounted or ON SALE are only eligible for a once off exchange for an item of the same value. No refunds.
However items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for return or exchange at the discounted value. Only one exchange is allowed.
RETURNS
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cookie Cutter you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your garment.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Returning item(s) must be couriered back to:

REFUNDS
How long does it take to get a refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our address. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
MISCELLANEOUS
Do you do back orders?
No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the Cookie Cutter team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
