How long does it take to receive the order from purchase date?
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cookie Cutter you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your garment. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Returning item(s) must be couriered back to:

I want to exchange my purchase for a different size! What do I do?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item from Cookie Cutter, you must first email or DM us your new size or swimwear choice to check availability. Then courier your item(s) at your expense, back to Cookie Cutter. Once received and checked we will courier the exchanged item(s) to you.
NB. Please note that all items discounted or ON SALE are only eligible for a once off exchange for an item of the same value. No refunds.
However items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for return or exchange at the discounted value. Only one exchange is allowed.
How long does it take to get a refund?

No courier fees will be added to orders from R200 and above. Items costing less than R200 will be charged a R50 courier fee.
Do you do back orders?
No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the Cookie Cutter team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
